How are contacts counted?
Contacts are active unique recipient profiles across the workspace. Deleted contacts, archived contacts, and permanently suppressed hard-bounced or complaint-only contacts are excluded.
Do paid plans really include unlimited sends?
Yes, for normal lifecycle, product, transactional, and marketing use. Abuse, unusually risky traffic, repeated suppression violations, or activity that harms deliverability can still be throttled or suspended.
What is the message size policy?
Standard email size is 1 MB. Approved transactional attachment use cases can go up to 4 MB.
How does mailbox pricing work?
Mailbox access is a separate $5 add-on per mailbox. It is intended for human inbox use, not bulk marketing sending.
